About
Coaching
Regular
sessions. . .
Coaching is a one-to-one relationship - a
partnership that encourages and fosters your
growth.
How do we work
together?
I coach mostly by phone. You don't have to worry
about parking or travel. I'll call you at a
pre-arranged time. Coaching sessions are typically
scheduled once a week.
What does the
coach do?
I offer structure, support, and serve as a
sounding board. People most commonly tell me that I
keep them centered on what matters most to
them.
Personal
Coaching
The focus is on what you most want to accomplish in
your personal life. Typical topics:

-- setting and maintaining personal priorities
-- establishing a strong personal
foundation
I work with you
in four half-hour sessions a month by phone.
You may contact me by email as frequently as you
wish.
Brief phone calls (5 to 10 min) are also
welcome.
FEE: I am paid in
three ways:
-- a retainer: $500/month
-- your wins: that's why I coach
-- referrals: please tell others about me and the
value of what we do together
